How fast is a file, really?
Files already in our database are delivered instantly. New calibrations go to a technician and normally take 15 to 45 minutes, depending on complexity. Either way you see the status in the portal instead of waiting on an email.
What do I need to open an account?
Proof of trade — business registration and, inside the EU, a VAT number. PowerHub sells to businesses only, not to private vehicle owners.
What if I need individual changes?
Reply in the ticket attached to that file and describe what you need. We adjust it at no extra cost, as often as needed.
Is there a subscription?
No. Tuner accounts pay per file. Sub-dealers buy at wholesale rates, without a monthly platform fee.
Can I resell under my own brand?
Yes, that is the sub-dealer programme. You get a white-label portal in your own branding, your own pricing towards your clients, and the option to run sub-dealers beneath you.
